1. Introduction

Hyper Bounce is developed by VibeDeV and published by VIBECORE DIGITAL ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how Hyper Bounce collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile game application.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Automatically Collected Information

• AdMob Advertising: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device information, advertising ID, and usage data to show relevant ads.
• Game Data: Gameplay statistics, progress, settings, and unlocked content stored locally on your device.
• Technical Information: The Google AdMob SDK may collect device type, operating system version, and related technical information to serve and measure ads. We do not run any analytics of our own and operate no server.
• Consent for personalised ads (EEA/UK): Where required, including the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we ask for your consent before personalised ads are served, using Google's User Messaging Platform. Where that applies you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Privacy settings in the game's Settings screen. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in your device's Settings → Google → Ads.

2.2 Optional Features

• Google Play Games Services: If you sign in to Google Play Games, your Play Games display name and your scores are shared with Google and shown on a public leaderboard, and other players' display names and scores are shown to you. Sign-in is optional; a local best-scores list works without it. Your Play Games identity is managed by your Google account.
• In-App Purchases: The "Remove Ads" purchase is processed by Google Play Billing. Google handles the transaction; we store only a local flag that ads are removed and never see your payment information.
• Redeem codes: Promotional codes may grant the Remove-Ads entitlement. They are validated on your device, are single-use per device, and are never linked to any personal information.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not ask you for personal identification information (your real name, email, or phone number). The only name involved is your Google Play Games display name, which is handled by Google as described above.
• Precise location data
• Camera or microphone access
• Contact list or personal files

3. How We Use Information

• Provide and improve the game experience
• Display advertisements through AdMob
• Analyze app performance and fix technical issues
• Save your game progress and settings locally
• Show optional leaderboards via Google Play Games

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share limited technical data with Google AdMob and Google Play Games Services, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our app is family-friendly but is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.

6. Data Security

Game progress is stored locally on your device. We implement appropriate measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of data.

8. Your Choices

• Ad Personalization: You can opt out of personalized ads in your device's advertising settings.
• Remove Ads: A one-time purchase removes banner and interstitial ads.
• App Permissions: You can revoke app permissions through your device settings.
• Data Deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored game data. We hold no server-side data about you. Your Google Play Games profile is managed by Google and can be reset or deleted from your Google account at myaccount.google.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the Last Updated date at the top of this policy.
